In the Community

Community is central to C Severson Art. In addition to bringing fun and interesting artwork to local venues, C Severson Art is committed to forming mutually beneficial relationships with other artists and venues and giving back to the community.

Here, C Severson Art is a board member and civilian artist with the Veterans Arts Council,

SAME Cafe (January 2024)

 

SAME (So All My Eat) Cafe's mission is "creating community through healthy food access". The Cafe employs a model where patrons can donate money or produce or donate their time working in the cafe to earn meals. This allows for broad access to food throughout the community. C Severson Art donated $200 of its cafe art sales to the cafe and also donates garden produce to the cafe in the late summer and fall.
